Gray Puksand refreshed the Investa owned landmark commercial office tower at 111 Pacific Highway, North Sydney.
The refurbishment involved the reworking of the existing tower foyer to more purposefully accommodate the different functions that occur in this space.
The four distinct spaces created include a commercial entry foyer, a multi-purpose Wi-Fi connected meeting and collaborative space for the building occupants, the refurbishment of the café, and the lift lobby.
A new revolving door was also been installed together with external building signage.
Craig Saltmarsh, Partner, Gray Puksand explains that each space connects with the other while maintaining its place for its core function.
“The foyer refurbishment as a whole provides a warm, elegant contemporary environment for its occupants to enjoy and make use of more regularly,” says Saltmarsh.
