Carseldine Village, located on Brisbane’s northside, is being developed by Economic Development Queensland (EDQ).
EDQ is a government agency within the Department of State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government, and Planning (DSDILGP).
They combine property development with specialist planning functions.

Carseldine Village aims to make sustainable living affordable.
One important element of the project that’s currently under construction, and scheduled for completion by mid-2022, is the Rockpool Residential Aged Care building.
It is being built by Mc Nab.

Rockpool is a fully accredited residential aged care provider offering aged care, respite care, and specialist memory support care.
