Upon completion, the Shoreline community will feature around 3,000 residential lots and become home to approximately 10,000 people.

Nestled between bush and the bay, Shoreline’s urban design features walking tracks and cycleways connecting the bush to the bay, as well as new parks, cafes, and restaurants.
