Faraday House

Faraday House is for the creative, and the creative at heart.

Originally purpose-built recording studios for 3XY in the early 1960’s, Faraday House is now home to Melbourne’s most creative movers, shakers, and gelato makers.

Channelling the free thinking creative spirit of 3XY, designers Herbert & Mason replaced the radio station with record producers, music promoters, graphic designers, marketers, architects, publicists and advertisers under one roof.

The recently redeveloped office building includes individual office suites and desks for rent right in the heart of Carlton.

Designed by award-winning Herbert & Mason architects, Faraday House offers flexibility, great looks, location and amenities with the added bonus of friendly neighbours and discounted coffee.
